11月28日 artistEmilia Fernandes, Was born in Portugal, and migrated to Australia in November 1987. Showing artistic talent even at an early age, skilled in the textiles industry, runnig her own clothes design business in Portugal nd having worked as a manager in the fashion industry (bridal and evening wear) in Astralia for nearly twelve years. After ten years of work, she decided to paint, to express herself with colours. She said"it`s time to do something for myself, as i`ve always givem to others. It`s time to put my talent on canvas and linen." After an overseas trip she become very motivated and entusiastic about painting.Painting is like food for her.She developed her won style; she likes to creat her won colours to use in landscape, night-time impressionisms, abstrats, fauvism, still life,"flowers and birds",and seascapes. Emilia has been exhibiting some of her works in private gallary.
